I put the concealer on after - but that's just me! Each to their own.Knowing how to apply your makeup is one thing, but knowing which steps to follow when is a whole other ballgame. I got sold some clinique superbalanced by one of these girls and it broke me out - then I went and bought "Don't go to the cosmetics counter without me" by Paula Begoun and she recommended Prescriptives. Actually, I don't think the smooth-faced barbies are the best people to recommend foundation to you as they are chosen for their smooth-facedness as opposed to any knowledge of skincare.
